Having difficulty viewing the PDF documents available on this site?

Try the following:

• Do you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine? It's free!
  
  
• You may need to update your internet browser. You can download the latest browsers for free here.
  
  
• Try downloading the PDF document and saving it to your computer. Then, open the document there. To save the PDF to your computer:
  
  • Right-click on the hyperlink.
  • Select "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Netscape).
  • Navigate to the folder on your computer where you'd like to save the file.
  • Save it.
  • As soon as the "download" box signifies that download is compete, one can immediate click "view file" without closing the box. The file will then appear.
